Distinguishing the Chinese Communist Party from the Chinese people is an important step towards overthrowing communist totalitarianism. However, we can do more. We have to make the Chinese realize that they are taxpayers. I’m not kidding. Most Chinese do not know that they are paying taxes. They don’t even know where the tax is being used.
